Wahai orngorng dunia, aku syahirah bte 'smethingsmething' ingin mengatekn bahawa sayerh, GEMOK . Haha, tk senonoh sak aku . Yehyeh, ive been gaining more weight this holidays . should be uh, nt tht i check my weight or anything . bt seriously, i am getting fat-er . OHMGOSH . Ohkayy, gnna be mre careful of my daily eating schedule . Here's my plan .
1 . NO eating fried stuffs . klau nk mkan pown, cket jerh .
2 . NO eating after 9pm onwards . if can, dont eat anything after 7pm .
3 . Have a heavy breakfast , so tkyah mkan lunch and dinner bnyak sngt .
4 . Go 'jogging' everyday .
5 . Avoid eating junk food, esp. eating @ Mcdonalds or KFC . Or LJS .
6 . Drink more plain water .

Met them at around 2+ , i came late . Suppose to be 1.30 ? Hahah , yeap . Syah siap lambat . ;D Sorie laa korang ! Ohkayyohkayy . Farz dah bingit . thenthen 89-ed to pasir ris . ;DD Kaka kena blah jap psal aderh hal . Me , Farz and Sham , kiterh lpak pat downtown , jalan2 , mkan and maen arcade . Ahaha . At around 6+ , Kaka came back . Aperh sak diekturh . pfft ! then kiterh pown tngok wayang . And i cried 2 times .
